IT Manager
The IT Manager role is both strategic and operational, responsible for leading and managing the company’s technology environment. This position combines leadership oversight with active, hands-on technical execution. The IT Manager establishes IT strategy, manages technology risk, and ensures alignment with business objectives, while directly performing advanced technical work including infrastructure management, systems architecture, cybersecurity oversight, network configuration, and resolution of complex technical issues. Success in this role requires the ability to balance high-level planning with day-to-day technical engagement to ensure systems remain secure, reliable, and scalable in support of organizational growth.
