We are seeking an experienced residential construction professional who understands how homes are built from foundation to finish. This role is responsible for preparing and maintaining construction specifications, performing quantity takeoffs, supporting estimating and purchasing functions, and ensuring construction documents are accurate for production. The ideal candidate has hands-on residential construction experience and can confidently interpret plans, specifications, and building methods
