Boise, Idaho — Brighton Corporation is proud to announce its involvement in the expansion of one of Boise’s most iconic destinations, The River Club. The new residential community, Ardenne at The River Club, will introduce townhome living within The River Club setting, offering a rare opportunity to live alongside one of the Treasure Valley’s most established private lifestyle clubs.
Located just off State Street and approximately 15 minutes from downtown Boise, Ardenne at The River Club will provide residents with convenient access to the Boise River Greenbelt, nearby parks, dining, and the Boise foothills. Ardenne at The River Club will consist of 134 townhomes, developed over the course of approximately three years. Select homes will line portions of The River Club golf course, offering scenic views and a direct connection to the club’s landscape. Founded in 1917, The River Club is one of Boise’s most historic and family-friendly private lifestyle country clubs. Located along the Boise River, the club features a championship golf course, golf barn, pickleball and bocce ball courts, swim amenities, a fitness facility, and a newly renovated clubhouse. Members enjoy a full calendar of golf and social events designed to foster connection and community.
The River Club is also undergoing the River Club Course Improvement Project, a significant redesign of its 100+ year-old golf course led by renowned designer Brian Curley. The project includes a reimagined 18-hole, par-68 course, an island green, a state-of-the-art irrigation system, and fully updated features from tee to green, further enhancing the member experience and long-term value of the surrounding community.
